Its flickr time and thanks to the glory of flickr's massive database of awesome photos I was able to find out about Stereographic Projections. Before you ask,no. the photo below isn;t a newly discovered planet, it is,as I mentioned ealier, stereographioc projections. Its a failry easy, in a technical sense, optical illusion, which allows you to take any hrizontal,landscape,or wide screen photo and a wrap it around iteself to produce a fish-eyed lens or "planet" like effect.
